I would like to make you all aware that recently we have had a few break-ins to the storage rooms as well as a car. Now it my belief that we need to remind ourselves of the obvious, DO NOT give out door codes or keys to anyone who does not live here. Also do not let people into the buildings, let them call whomever they are there to see to get buzzed in. I know this seems rather redundant but we know of specific incidences where an owner gave some friends the door code, this is NOT allowed ever! Unit owners should also put substantial chains and locks on their storage units.

Please read the email below as it is also very important that we are all aware what goes on in the neighborhood. In the meantime please be safe and please, please follow these simple rules, it not only protects you but all of your neighbors as well.
